CROOKED RIVER TRADE – ACCOUNT DELETION

Users of Crooked River Trade, operated by Crooked River Brewing Co Ltd, can request deletion of their trade account and associated personal data at any time.

HOW TO REQUEST ACCOUNT DELETION

To request deletion of your Crooked River Trade account:

  1. Email sales@crooked-river.co.uk from the email address associated with your trade account.

  2. Use the subject “Crooked River Trade – Account Deletion Request”.

  3. Include your name and business/trading name so that we can identify the correct account.

We may contact you to verify your identity or your authority to act on behalf of the relevant business before processing the request.

WHAT WILL BE DELETED

Following a valid deletion request, we will delete or arrange the deletion of personal information associated with your Crooked River Trade account where we no longer have a lawful reason to retain it.

This may include:

  • Your trade account and login information

  • Contact information associated with the account

  • Account preferences and other personal information that is no longer required

  • Other personal data held solely for the operation of your active Crooked River Trade account

Where your account information is processed through third-party services used to operate Crooked River Trade, including our Breww-powered trade ordering service, we will take the appropriate steps to action the deletion request in those systems where applicable.

INFORMATION WE MAY NEED TO KEEP

Deleting your Crooked River Trade account does not necessarily mean that every record of previous transactions can be immediately deleted.

We may retain certain information where required or permitted for legitimate business or legal purposes, including:

  • Orders and transaction records

  • Invoices and payment records

  • Accounting and tax records

  • Delivery records where required as part of transaction history

  • Information required to resolve disputes, prevent fraud or comply with legal obligations

Information that must be retained for legal, tax or accounting purposes will be kept only for the applicable retention period and will not be used to maintain an active Crooked River Trade account.
